Arab television news Al-jazeera, which is based in Doha, Qatar, will launch an all-English channel tomorrow (Wed Nov 15). Al-jazeera says it wants to offer a Middle Eastern perspective to international news, and become a spokesperson for Arab regions which are under-represented in the international news arena.
